Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

• Required skill(s) knowledge in financial statements preparation

• 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in General Accounting Preparation in financial statements.

• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position.

• Organized and maintain financial records.

• Must be well-versed in all accounting facets

• Excellent in maintaining confidentiality in workplace.

• Keen to details

• Must possess trustworthy, honesty, integrity, flexibility and respectfulness.

• Full-Time position(s) available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation and timely remittance of tax returns, including the required attachments

• Ensure regulatory compliance such as filling of relevant taxes and securing of business permits

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping

• Prepare financial statements and other required reports for statutory and management purposes

• Monitor financial transactions and review supporting documentations

• Assist in preparation of payments

• Ensure all transaction are properly recorded every month end (prior to closing)

• Oversee completeness of the books of accounts (i.e. GL ,AP and AR)

• Ascertain complete, accurate and correct books of accounts and trial balance at all times

• Timely generation of financial report package and corresponding schedules
