Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related course.
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), General Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and Account Reconciliation.
• With background in BIR compliance, including preparation and filing of BIR reports and tax returns.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and government statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Prepare bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in general accounting functions and month-end closing.
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Assist in tax computations, reporting, and other statutory requirements.
• Generate accounting reports and maintain proper documentation.Willing to work Monday-Saturday
