Quality Assurance Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Department: Quality Assurance
Location: Valenzuela
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Chemistry graduates to join our Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their scientific knowledge in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
  • Assist in investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
  • Support audits, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure product quality requirements are met.
  • Ensure laboratory and quality assurance activities comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of GMP, or quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in laboratory analysis, research projects, or internships related to quality assurance is a plus.
