Job Description: ERP Analyst & Encoder

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Analyst & Encoder to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our system data. This role is critical in maintaining up-to-date records and supporting inventory management through reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update ERP system databases to ensure real-time accuracy.
  • Verify inventory balances and ensure consistency across records.
  • Generate regular reports on incoming, outgoing, and on-hand materials.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to support operational efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced Excel formulas to manage and analyze data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four year or two year course.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in using complex formulas (this is a must).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
