Job Description
Job Description: The Finance Officer handles clerical tasks and supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain financial records and files.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration (Pag-IBIG, SSS, PhilHealth).
- Assist with BIR completion reports and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on employee-related financial matters.
- Assist in the costing of items, including data entry and preliminary analysis.
- Report to the Finance Supervisor, Assistant Finance Manager, and Finance Manager.
