Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Food and Beverage Manager will manage the food service operations, ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, train and supervise staff, and manage the department’s budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate related to the hotel and food & beverage industry or of a business nature to do the job.
- Must have at least 3 – 5 years experience in the same position at the hotel
- With experience in food safety (certified food safety officer is an advantage)
- Personable, pleasant, good-looking, clear face, people-oriented, and customer-oriented
- Good decision-making skills
- Team Player
- Articulate, fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage
- Ability to work on a shift basis.
