Job Description
- Conduct clerical duties including answering phone calls, distribution of office memorandum approved by the Assistant General Manager.
- Provide general support like photocopying and scanning of documents.
- Ensure all documents are well filed.
- Maintain and organized a filing system.
- Acts as a representative in coordinating activities with local government group.
- Responsible in timely submission of documents to government units and follow up if necessary.
- Prepares daily attendance report for monitoring of attendance of all employees
- Prepares timekeeping report for payroll purpose.
- Maintains 5S/ Cleanliness in the work area at all times
- Responsible & accountable for all assets/ equipment/ tools turned over to him/ her through the Property Transfer Slip (PTS) process.
- Strictly complies with all company policies, procedures, employee code of conduct, safety, health & environment (SHE) programs, quality management system, etc.
- Attends the appropriate training sessions/courses identified for him/her.
- Participates actively in working committees and/or task forces that he/she may be assigned to from time to time.
