Job Description

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

– Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.

– Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.

– Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

– Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.

– Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.

– Administer employee benefits programs.

– Manage HR data and maintain accurate employee records.

– Develop and implement performance management systems.

– Prepare and manage the HR budget.

– Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, BS Psychology , or any related field.

– At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role, with experience managing a team.

– Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.

– Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.
