•Conducts the end-to-end recruitment process of all qualified-job applicants including the recruitment of all Technicians and Admin staff
•Responsible for the Selection of qualified candidates for the vacant position.

•Formulate and implement certain policies and procedures that will help the company resolve recent problems encountered and be able to prevent any occurrence of a minor or major problems in the future.
•Checking of Daily Time Record
•Monitoring of Leave Form
•Monitoring of Attendance
•Update and keep records of all the data and status of all the employees.
•Assisting in planning programs that will benefit the employees and most importantly the company
•Create own monitoring
•Process Manpower Request
•Assist the newly hired employees in inputting data into the biometrics
•Process and Monitor Insurance
•Coordinates with the Cluster Operation Manager
•Processing of Clearance
•Filing of Documents
•Answers questions/queries and investigates complaints brought forward by employees and is able to provide certain measures in order to resolve such problems.
•Discuss certain actions upon the occurrence of a crime in the company and conducts a hearing along with the HR Manager/Legal officer to determine what action needs to be done.
•Reports directly to Human Resource Manager regarding issues/problems needed to be addressed in Human Resource Department.
