Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and chiller systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Conduct repairs and replacement of defective components
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Provide timely and efficient technical support
• Collaborate with the team to improve system efficiency and processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational Course in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field
• With 1–2 years experience in HVAC/chiller maintenance and repair
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting aircon and refrigeration systems
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and safety standards
• Can read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Physically fit and willing for on-site / field work
• Responsible, reliable, and team player
• NC II (RAC Servicing) is an advantage
