Job Description

• Responsible for all training activities arrangement in the dealership
• Conducts the training for aftersales associates in accordance to the training syllabus both on technical or non-technical skills regularly
• Develop training programs and budgets responsive to dealer’s needs, in close coordination with TMP;
• Prepare training materials for the training course based on the annual training Plan
• Provide expert provision for the technicians in the diagnosis of Difficult repairs.
• Assists the management in hiring procedures of technicians, SA, and other service personnel.
• Coordinates in-house training activities with TMP Counterpart for training and development and submits all necessary TMP Reports from time to time
• Perform other duties as required by the immediate Superior
