Job Description

Tumutulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati narin ang mga

makinang ginagamit dito
– Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay
ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
– Knowledge of basic compound design
– Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding etc.
– New process improvements and rejection control
– Analysis and reduction of tire defects
– Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems
– Production improvement through time and motion study
– Effectively support 5’S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinating with other departments
– Knowledge in engineering plastic like automobile, electrical and medical components
– Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw material
– Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
– To supervise follow up and execution of development related activities in process / product development
– Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
– Implementation of work instruction and coordination with production for improving and facilitating process related problem
– Troubleshooting with tech issues at the units and immediate escalation
– Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
