Job Description

Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and monitoring of production machines to ensure consistent product quality and minimal downtime.
  • This role includes routine maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
  • Lastly, this role also assumes the improvement of machine performance while strictly adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and food safety standards.

Job Specification:

Education:

  • At least a High School graduate or a Technical/Vocational graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
  • NCII Certification in Machine Operation, Mechanical Maintenance is preferred.

Experience:
At least a year of proven mechanical experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines to ensure continuous and efficient production.
  • Perform machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for machine breakdowns and complete relevant documentation.
  • Execute regular cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines and work area.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met.
  • Safeguard and maintain accountability for tools and equipment used.
  • Complete OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) checklists and other required operational forms.

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Team player and dependable communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in procedures or equipment.
  • Creative and having solid problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
