Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Online Marketing:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Google.

  • Create and schedule content calendars for social media, e-commerce platforms, and company website.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance (engagement, conversion, ROI).

  • Execute email marketing campaigns and online promotions.

  • Optimize product listings, advertisements, and digital assets to improve online visibility.

Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, and trade shows.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for promotional materials (flyers, banners, brochures, merchandise).

  • Support sales team with marketing collaterals for retail and field activities.

  • Manage offline promotions such as posters, print ads, and in-store displays.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for both online and offline channels.

General Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creative, warehouse) for campaign execution.

  • Track marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

  • Provide creative ideas to improve customer engagement both online and in-store.
