Job Description

– Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all tanks for mall supply

– Check water flow
– Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station
– Do water meter reading
– Change air blower (air blower needs change run every hour)
– Reading water meter all Tenant
– Grease and Change Belt
– Monitoring of Equipment
– Assist contractor
– Assist tenant call and service call
– Do on call duties as needed
