Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of Quality objectives.
  • Arrange and monitor schedule of new development jobs and re-make cylinders needed by Converting Department.
  • Creates item code in order for the new development to proceed to next process.
  • Creates Job Order for pre-press job reference.
  • Arrange/ prepares color references upon receive of job request/s.
  • Coordinate with Cylinder Supervisor with regards to steel base availability for new jobs, spare set, etc.
  • Coordinate together with Prepress Supervisor to Converting Planners with regards to development timing, re-make cylinders based on delivery commitment to client.
  • Coordinate with Prepress supervisor and planner with regards to re-make cylinders.
  • Routing of Job Order to ASCP and R&D for material specification/ structure for any development job and provide final copy to ASCP.
  • Should there is a need for proofing sample to be laminated, coordinate with Lamination Supervisor for the schedule and sample submission.
  • Submit color proof to Project Management Lead for submission to client.
  • Assist Graphics Supervisor in accepting approved color proof from Project Management Lead.
  • Send out invite for pre-development and pre-production meeting.
  • Provide assistance to immediate superior for any support needed in achieving the department KPI and goals.
  • Assist/ attend planning meeting and S&OP in the absence of Graphics Technical Consultant and Graphics Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 Years Experienced Employee or related field/Fresh Graduate
  • Computer Literate, keen details, Good verbal and written communication
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Industrial Engineering and/or BSIT
