About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide continuous, personalized care for our client in a home setting. This is a stay-in position, ensuring round-the-clock support and comfort for the patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one nursing care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical needs.
• Provide support with daily living activities and ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate updates to family and healthcare providers.
• Respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification nice to have.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
• Willingness to stay in and provide 24/7 care as scheduled.
• Willing to be assigned at Calamba Laguna.
