Job Description
Identify and resolve process issues that arise during the production process.
Measuring bunker fuel heating and production consumption.
Monitor and analyze process data, such as production output, downtime, and wastage.
Prepare Production Report, daily rolling downtime report at the end of the shift.
Monitoring of stand 17 roll pass usage and spare.
Coordination with Quality Control, Logistics, Billet Yard Supervisor and Maintenance on the production size being produced.
Prepare and analyze monthly production quality objective and targets
Coordinate with the QA sampler, Lead and Mill adjuster for the target MV.
Coordination with the rolling personnel for the next production size to be produced.
Checking the availability of the roll stand for the specific size to be rolled.
Ensure to check bar length monitoring at the cooling bed area
Filing of records
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
