What You’ll Do

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
