Job Description
Work on the production assembly line.
Understanding of the mechanics of the product
Attention to detail to build correctly and to pick up any faults.
Physically demanding job as some lifting is required.
Flexibility to work in other departments as required.
To attend training and seminars as and when required. Any other jobs around the factory that may be deemed necessary.
Be aware of health and safety standards; along with the understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.
Good personal hygiene and a tidy and appropriate dress sense uniform will be provided that you will be required to wear.
Punctuality and reliability are very important.
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health.
Keen attention to detail, methodical work practice, organized, reliable and motivated.
Good personal skills and physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting.
This role will involve repetitive work with some machines being manually operated.
Ability to understand and work with people from a range of cultural & social backgrounds and to

Ability to work alone and unsupervised

Qualifications/Requirements
Male/ 18- 40 years’ old
High School Graduate
With Experience as machine operator or production worker
With TESDA Certificate if available
With certificate of Employment
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health.
Experience of working within the heavy industry / Construction preferred but not essential.
Must be within 45 minutes’ travel time going to the plant/main office.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule including Sundays and Holidays.
