What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate production personnel to achieve daily output targets and quality standards
• Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall plant performance
• Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to team members to strengthen skills and support continuous improvement
• Work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth production flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support the implementation of production plans, schedules, and operational strategies
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and performance metrics

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and build a positive, productive work environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to analyze production data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, maintenance practices, and workplace safety procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Educational background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
