Job Detail

To achieve individual target tonnage (Tonnage Performance – Individual)
Monitoring of Sales Quotation, Sales Order, tonnage, conversion rate and top customers performance
To achieve individual target conversion rate (Sales Quotation – to- invoice conversion rate)
Sell the company’s products and services to customers by assisting their inquires and orders thru phone call, emails, SMS and viber.
To achieve individual target buying accounts. Maintain consistent ordering of top accounts and key drivers to propel business growth.
To achieve individual target newly opened accounts. Close transactions with first time buyers and new long term partnership.
To achieve individual target win – back accounts. Revive inactive clients and engage to renew long -term partnership.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring all transactionare processed correctly, completely and on time.
To do fieldwork and build relationship with top customers. To maximize face -to-face opportunities to win-back and open new accounts.
To perform other tasks that may be assign from time to time.
