Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
    Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
    Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Sales Generation:Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services.
    Utilize product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers.
    Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge:Stay informed about product features, specifications, and industry trends.
    Continuously update knowledge of promotions, discounts, and special offers.
    Provide accurate information to customers about product warranties and return policies.
  • Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address customer issues and concerns.
    Contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting:Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
    Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications :

  • Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • With experience in retail store operations and handling sales.
  • Familiarity with tools, hardware, and power tools items is a must.
  • Excellent in customer service — can assist and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and with a positive attitude towards work.
  • Willing to be assigned in-store and work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
