About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Styrotech Corporation. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer experiences. This is a full-time position based in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and order tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and generating reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Gather and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
What we’re looking for
- At least one (1) year of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the sales industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
