Job Description

  • Applicants must possess a diploma or certificate from a vocational course.
  • Certification in Automotive is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Service Advisor.
  • Preferably 2 years Experienced Employee specialized in Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive works and parts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management.
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications
