Job Description
Experience Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of quality objectives
- Assists the Driver in coordinating with customers’ QA personnel for the acceptance or rejection of delivered products.
- Together with the Driver, transports / delivers finished products to customers.
- Checks Route Slips and Gate Passes for finished products to be delivered and sees to it that the products loaded to assigned delivery truck/van are the right ones as indicated in the Route Slips and Gate Passes.
- Assists in loading of finished products into delivery trucks/vans.
- Unloads and transports newly delivered materials and supplies from unloading area to warehouse for storage.
- Store Raw Materials to proper and designated location.
- Ensures correct delivery and collection of raw materials, spare parts, components, accessories and general supplies to and from concerned sections and departments
- Conducts proper warehousing and safekeeping of materials and report any unsuitable situation that requires immediate attention to avoid further damages.
- Reports vehicle abnormalities, road accidents, traffic violations incurred, and other problems to Delivery Supervisor.
- Regularly monitors assigned vehicle’s condition and does preventive or corrective maintenance if necessary.
- Helps in maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, including the assigned machines, materials, and tools used.
- Performs cross-functional activities as needed.
- Performs everyday duties while ensuring compliance with the existing Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedure.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate/Two-Year Vocational Course/College Level
- Restriction codes 1, 2, and 3 on a driver’s license
- Minimum of one (1) year of TRUCK driving experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a forklift operator, or as a driver from a manufacturing firm, and/or willing to learn Forklift
- willing to learn for a forklift operator
Contract length: 5 months (Project-Based)
