We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Utility Staff to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our office and work areas. The ideal candidate is physically fit, responsible, and willing to perform various housekeeping and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office, shop, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize workspaces, restrooms, and other facilities.
• Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom necessities.
• Assist in moving office furniture, equipment, and materials when needed.
• Support other departments with general utility and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Preferred Male only.
• Previous experience as a Utility Staff, Janitor, or Housekeeping Staff is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
