Job Description

We are seeking for hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective and high-quality production. The role involves supervising workflows, managing personnel and driving productivity while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include monitoring machine and operator efficiency, coordinating manpower and schedules, ensuring compliance to production plans and implementing continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
