Job Description

The Facilities  Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of all building systems and grounds. This role ensures the effective functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and safety systems, as well as water and waste management processes. Leads a team of facility technicians, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely and in compliance with regulatory standards. Also, responsible in scheduling preventive maintenance, responding to service requests and supporting long-term facility improvement initiatives.
