Job Description
OB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and oversee the effective implementation of Battery Sales, marketing, and technical support programs and directions including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling Battery operations.
- Recommend improvements on current sales strategies and programs aligned with current market demands, and new market trends and monitor compliance of various tasks and other related activities essential to the overall performance and growth of the department business in general and in the Battery Unit in particular
- Supervise and closely monitor activities of the Battery technical service program consistently aligned with fleet sales activities including the other departments after sales service programs. Develop and recommend viable marketing programs and strategies that are practically essential to increase Battery sales performance likewise auto parts sales. Ensure to closely coordinate related various issues and properly establish vital problem solutions including improvement of systems processes not limited to returns handling and warranty issues; product quality; including product development of Battery.
- Assist the department heads in developing an efficient and effective Battery distribution and ordering system thru the free technical service program and current parts distribution program. Regularly provide market feedback that would help Battery KPI determine a more appropriate and accurate order forecasting and consistent price review and monitoring. Ensure the accuracy of gathered data to effectively come out with needed changes in Battery programs adoptive to current market situations
- Oversee and consistently monitor strict compliance to deadlines of BT activities other than the free technical service program. Conduct a thorough review and ensure accuracy of reports and finished tasks according to established instructions and concerns.
- Perform other tasks/projects that immediate superior or management may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
- knowledgeable and with experience in automotive parts with research and previous experience as MT is an advantage but not necessary.
- Required skill(s): leadership skills, innovative, resourceful, service oriented, team player, analytical, sales, communication skills.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory and sales.
